A cylindrical turntable is formed with a honeycomb structure, and then a heat-dissipating turntable is made by attaching moisture absorbent (lithium chloride, silica gel, zeolite, etc.) raw materials by a special crystal processing method. The heat dissipation turntable rotates in a box partitioned into a heat dissipation zone and a regeneration zone. The air used for heat dissipation passes through the heat dissipation area, and the moisture in the air is absorbed by the turntable to obtain dry air. The heat dissipation area after absorbing water is moved to the regeneration area by the rotation of the turntable, and the regenerated heating air takes out the water in the turntable and discharges it to the outdoors. The turntable rotates to the heat dissipation area after the water is released from the regeneration area, so that heat dissipation and regeneration are continuously carried out at the same time. Stable heat dissipation air can be obtained.
