Parallelism requirements

The parallelism requirement refers to the tolerance requirements around the workpiece, such as a rectangular workpiece, the thickness of the four corners of the workpiece is required to be within the tolerance range. If the measured edge thickness does not meet the tolerance requirements, the parallelism requirements cannot be met. The workpiece needs to be re-adjusted. The problem may occur on the suction cup of the grinder. The suction cup is worn due to excessive use, causing parallelism errors; it may also be that the grinding wheel is not trimmed or the grinding wheel has cracks. Clean up. At this time, re-clean the suction cup and carefully clean it; it may also be that the workpiece is not trimmed and has burrs.


Vertical requirements

It is called the perpendicularity requirement, that is, the workpiece is required to meet the tolerance requirements of the side and the ground. From the perspective of the number axis, it is best understood as a regular font, divided into three faces, XYZ. Generally, XZ and YZ are required to meet the tolerance requirements. The general requirements for parallelism are also required when errors occur. Usually, it can be processed according to the requirements of parallelism.
